I recently placed an order for a bassinet mattress , that was not your typical size,Had this for 30 years.its larger than stores sell, so i sent in the measurements, a couple days later ababy sends me an email saying that they want a template of the size, well i did that sent it back i just received my mattress and let me tell you what a perfect fit. I am a international customer, and was wary of delivering a rocker for my nephews christmas for a variety of reasons. I contacted ababy via email several times and each time was given great support/customer service. They put me at ease with any worries I had regarding my order, also the costs of the item were very reasonable-I would say a complete bargain! So thank you, and if you are thinking if using ababy I would recommend it on their service alone.

My custom-made, oval bassinet mattress fits perfectly. The 2-inch thickness is fine. It arrived so quickly after I sent the template - only a few days later. That was amazing. I drew the template on the white side of wrapping paper - and that worked very well. Also - the customer service was fantastic. I spoke to someone on the phone and there was no waiting. I also contacted the person via email and she wrote back quickly. She was absolutely wonderful and professional. The workmanship of the mattress is very good too. I also ordered a sheet and it is fine. I would perhaps like that in a flannel material, but I do not know if that is an option. But it is fine as it is. For a custom item - I would say contact the company directly (call them if possible) - rather than using Amazon. If the item is not custom-made, then Amazon is probably fine too.

I just wanted to let anyone know who might be undecided about this Bassinett that it is more beautiful in person than in the picture. I was worried that the skirt might be wrinkled or not hang correctly but I was wrong. It hangs perfectly as soon as it was all put together. You wont be disappointed with this Bassinett. It is absolutely beautiful! Thank you, Ababy, for great merchandise!

I ordered the Sherbert Bassinet Set through Amazon.com. There was a small misunderstanding on delivery dates, but it came and it is for a baby shower for my daughter-in-law who will be having my new granddaughter this December! I put it together myself with no problem and it is the most beautiful bassinet set I have ever seen! Ive shown it to people and the "Ooohs and Aaaah"s" over it have tickled me! My daughter that has 3 boys was the only one who had a sad face! Thank you for providing such beautiful products and thank you to your customer service team who e-mailed me to assure me it would be here to calm my anxiety!
